Instant Fish Curry Sauce
Ingredients Onion, Lemongrass, Chilli, Spice, Ginger, Sugar, Salt, Edible Oil (Palm Oil)
Origin Product of Malaysia Preparation and Usage Coking Instruction :
1) Fish 800 gm, vegetable: lady’s finger, tomato and brinjal 100 gm, water 400 ml (2 cups), coconut milk 200 ml and a packet of Mak Nyonya Instant Fish Curry Sauce.
2) Fry the Mak Nyonya curry sauce together with vegetable for 5 minutes and add water, until boil and lastly add in fish and coconut milk to simmer over low heat until fish is cooked. ( Approximate: 15 minutes )
Storage Keep in cool, dry place
